Technology, the internet, and gadgets fascinate me, and I am convinced there has never been a more exciting time technologically than now.
My goal is to bring people and technology closer together and to develop better products and services for everyone through user-centered research and design.
How I work:
I’ve worked with a multitude of different industries and with diverse clients, including design agencies and academia. My experience includes leading research on mobile and web products and services for a wide range of stakeholders, from e-commerce to elder care homes. I love creating order from chaos. Whether it's distilling research insights or organizing a massive spreadsheet, I love diving into the details and then bringing everything into clarity and order.
I am passionate about user research and love to observe, listen to, and understand users and their problems. However, my passion extends beyond research and includes collaborative design and creation aswell.
I actively seek opportunities to co-create with users, stakeholders, or team members. The best work happens when we bring others into our process.
